csr99 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified in promotional terms.
Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (e.g., using another person's bank account or e-wallet) are strictly prohibited. You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to these Terms and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching your csr99 account registration details.
Withdrawal requests are processed according to your loyalty tier: Bronze tier (1-6 hours), Silver tier (30 minutes to 3 hours), Gold tier (under 30 minutes). Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on verification requirements, bank processing times, and technical issues.
csr99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard security and anti-money laundering procedure. Withdrawals will be held pending receipt and approval of satisfactory verification documents.
Withdrawals may be restricted or denied in the following circumstances:
